This program sets us apart from the others, our team have undergone rigorous training and have had to upgrade the workshop but its all been well worth while!
This now gives us exclusive access to the latest apple training documentation, specialist service tools, diagnostic equipment, calibration tools AND most importantly genuine Apple parts!
So now you can rest assured when you come to Pratts pods your device will be well looked after whilst our fully apple certified technicians fix your device using genuine parts bought directly from apple to the manufactures standards.
Where available all services will be offered, our standard aftermarket pricing as we have always offered alongside our new IRP pricing for genuine apple repairs on the latest devices. This will give our customers the option to choose between both services!
We have clients around the bracknell and crowthorne areas that have been waiting for this so they can save the travel to an apple store, the same quality repair but with the Pratts Pods level of customer service!
This opens the door for us to get access to spare parts for the latest devices for out of warranty repairs such as broken screens or when you break your brand new iPhone!
